Our Coaches

Joey and Sandy Paladino

Founders

With over 13 years in the CrossFit and fitness industry, Joey and Sandy Paladino are the ultimate power couple. They both started doing crossfit in 2006 at their home in the garage. After moving to Pace, FL in 2011, they wanted a location to do CrossFit and offer it to the masses.

In 2013 our first location was established in Pea Ridge and we have now grown to two locations in Milton and Pace and have over 300 athletes.

Joey retired from Army Special Operations in May of 2023 after 28 years of service holding many fitness certifications including Level 2 Crossfit, USAW National coach, and CrossFit Weightlifting/gymnastics/mobility. His speciality is Nutrition, Personal Training, and he serves as the Head Coach to our successful 3P weightlifting team.

Sandy serves as head coach at 3P Fitness and supervises programming, kids and teens programs. Sandy is also a USAW level 2 Coach, CrossFit level 2 Coach and a CrossFit Gymnastic/Weightlifting coach. She supervises nutrition programming and personal training.

Combined, recently this power couple coached over 20 sessions at USAW nationals bringing home over 21 medals and four national titles as a part of Team Florida Elite.

Cassie

Coach

CrossFit Level 2, USAW Level 1, Precision Nutrition Coach. Lover of all fitness. Her two main passions are Weightlifting & CrossFit. Started CrossFit in 2018 when her younger brother told her to try it. Joined and never looked back.

She enjoys seeing the joy on peoples faces when they do something they thought they couldn’t. In 2022 started focusing on Olympic Lifting and continues to compete in the sport. Favorite movements are the Snatch & Clean.

Kaila Corbridge

Coach

Kaila has her CrossFit Level 1 and USAW Olympic Weightlifting Level 1. She has been coaching since 2024 and an athlete since she was 7 years old! Kaila is a back to back USAW Nationals champion and holds many Florida State Weightlifting championship titles as well.

James Cormack

Powerlifting Coach

As a seasoned gym coach with a passion for fitness, James brings expertise and motivation to every training session. With a background in boxing, he tailors workouts to individual needs, ensuring clients achieve their fitness milestones. Join James on a journey towards a healthier and stronger you.

PEOPLE

The 1st “P” in 3PWL stands for “People.”

Here at 3PWL we specialize in the sport of Olympic weightlifting. However, more important than the gym building, more important than the programming, or the equipment, or the platforms, or the bars - here at 3P weightlifting - we understand that what truly makes this sport special is not the weight that’s lifted - but the weightlifter that’s lifting that weight.

PROGRESS

The 2nd “P” in 3PWL stands for “Progress.”

Here at 3PWL we chase progress over perfection. No one is ever going to be the perfect lifter, but with that said - progress comes in more ways than just the weight of the bar going up. Progress can come in the form of improved technical proficiency, better mobility, better positions, better timing, better mental fortitude. Whatever your weakness is in the sport of weightlifting - we will help you make progress.

PERFORMANCE

The 3rd “P” in 3PWL stands for “Performance.”

Whether or not you plan on competing in the sport of weightlifting or if you’re using weightlifting to help supplement another sport - being able to take what you have done in practice and then perform on the platform or in whatever your field is, is important. No matter where your life takes you, we want to help you be prepared to perform to the best of your abilities.

One of the standout features of our gym is the expansive platform space, designed to accommodate a high volume of lifters while maintaining a safe and focused training environment. With multiple platforms and modern equipment, our facility supports a variety of training styles and intensities, allowing athletes to push their limits and refine their technique.
